1. General By accessing and placing an order with ZENTI, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and ZENTI.

2. Products & Orders We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and may take 7-20 business days. ZENTI works with third-party suppliers and shipping carriers — we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Payment All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes. We accept payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through Shopify Payments.

6. Limitation of Liability ZENTI shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Privacy Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
